What this site is for
An access-controlled portal for current owners of the six townhomes on Kenilworth Avenue. Owners sign in to view and upload required documents, see their HOA account balance, and pay monthly dues by ACH.
This is not a public marketing site. The HOA does not sell services to the general public — accounts are provisioned only for the owners of the six units and a small number of HOA administrators.
What the HOA charges for
Each of the six units is billed a flat monthly assessment (current rate $200/unit/month) plus any one-time assessments voted by the board (insurance deductibles, common-area repairs, etc.).
Payments may be made by check, bank transfer, or ACH via the Stripe-powered autopay feature inside the portal. Refunds and corrections are handled case-by-case by the Treasurer; contact us using the email below.
